Delivery Coverage
- We deliver orders across Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia) as well as Singapore.
- International delivery beyond these countries is currently not available unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days ( Monday - Friday ) after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes:

Shipping Fees
- Free shipping for all orders over RM80 in West Malaysia.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your parcel’s status.
Failed Delivery / Re-delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:
- Courier will attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and re-shipping charges, if applicable.
Important Notes
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance (for Singapore), natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours.
