Q: What is the story behind Joseristine?
A: Founded in 1995 in Hong Kong, Joseristine has nearly 30 years of expertise in personal care. Our first creation — the Super Sucrose Shower Gel — was made to relieve dry skin in Hong Kong’s climate. Today, Joseristine is loved across Asia for its vegan, gentle, and high-quality body care products.

A: All Joseristine products are 100% made in Hong Kong under a GMP-certified facility, ensuring top-tier safety, hygiene, and quality standards at every step.

Q: How many products does Joseristine offer?
A: We have over 1,000 SKUs globally, ranging from skincare, haircare, and bodycare to fragrance.
For the Malaysia and Singapore markets, a curated selection of 200 SKUs is available — carefully chosen to suit local climates and needs.

Q: Are Joseristine products safe to use?
A: Yes. All our products are registered with Malaysia’s NPRA (National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency) and comply with international cosmetic safety standards.

Q: Are the products vegan or cruelty-free?
A: Absolutely! Joseristine is 100% vegan and cruelty-free, formulated without animal ingredients or animal testing.

Q: Are the products Halal certified?
A: Our products are not halal certified, however we're in the midst of moving production to Malaysia in a halal certified facility. Stay Tuned!

A: Joseristine products are not suitable for babies, but they are safe for children aged 4 and above who do not have sensitive skin. We always recommend doing a small patch test before first use.
