Delivery Coverage

We deliver orders across Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia) as well as Singapore.

International delivery beyond these countries is currently not available unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

• Standard delivery takes:

  • 2–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia

  • 3–7 working days for East Malaysia

  • 3–7 working days for Singapore

• Please note: Delivery time may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all Malayia orders over RM50.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your parcel’s status.

Failed Delivery / Re-delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:

• Courier will attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and re-shipping charges, if applicable.

Important Notes

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance (for Singapore), natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours.
